Please note: This item is not guaranteed to work with Android or iPhone related smart phones. This product works best with slightly older phones. The reason being is that new "Smart Phones" do not automatically save SMS information to the SIM Card anymore. They save SMS information to the phones memory.
***If the SIM card is locked you will need to know the PIN code before you can starting recovery of information.
HOW TO PROPERLY USE THE SIM CARD SEIZURE KIT:
- You will want to secure the SIM card from the phone you want to retrieve information from
- Take the SIM card that you just took out of the phone and place it into the correct slot on the USB dongle that came inside the package
- At this point, once the SIM card is securely inside the USB dongle, you will want to plug into an available USB slot on your computer
- Once you have done this, you will want to click on the "Create Case" button
- After you fill out the form for your case, you will want to start "Data Acquisition".
